My Bio

Welcome!

I’ve been an artist my entire life. Both my parents are artists, so growing up I had access to every type of medium possible, and as much encouragement as materials.

These days I’m an art student trying to figure out if this is a career or a passion, or both (probably both). I am an exhibit creator at Children’s Museum of Sonoma County (CMOSC), and have had my ceramic work showcased at California Conference for the Advancement of Ceramic Art (CCACA).

When I’m not making art, I’m writing, and am currently seeking out publication, a long and painful process, but hopefully very rewarding in the end. Being able to combine my loves of writing and creating art as an author/illustrator is a dream very close to my heart.

I’m a casual community theater performer, having performed in roughly 15 local shows, mostly musicals, since 2010. I believe theater will always remain one of my passions, but I will never try to pursue it as a career. I truly admire those who choose that path, for me it would remove the joy and replace it with stress.

My medium:

Literally anything I can get my hands on.

But some favorites include:

watercolor

wood

hot glue (way more versatile than most people realize)

acrylics

ceramic clay

fabric

paper

What I like to read:

Contemporary, Historical Fiction, and Fantasy Middle Grade Novels, which is also what I love to write.

Autobiographies, especially of performers and artists I admire.

I have an etsy shop, but currently don’t use it. Check back periodically to see if I’ve changed that.

Hows life, gorgeous?
Hey!!! Wow! Didn't see this at all!!! I'm doing good. Busy. In Bye Bye Birdie right now!!! I'm laughing at myself for thinking a few months ago I'd be posting art soon. But now I actually mean it because I've been doing a lot of art!!! I hope you're doing well too!! ;)
Hey! I bet you are already in a new show, but I hope Bye Bye Birdie went well! I played the Mayor's wife in high school. I was killer at fake fainting.
I actually just got cast in my first community theatre show. I will playing the likely silent role of Mrs. Beeler the Housekeeper in a musical version of Miracle on 34th Street!
I am so nervous and excited! My singing and dancing was good enough to be cast in actual show!
I'm not in any shows at the moment, taking a break while I'm in my first semester at the JC. :) Taking a ceramics class and LOVING IT!

Hahaha, I bet you were the best fake fainter out there. I had so much fun in that show. That was my favorite scene.
Congrats on the role!! How exciting!!!!! Doesn't it feel amazing to get cast in something?? I didn't even know there was a musical of Miracle on 34th Street! Sounds like fun! Let me know how it goes!!
Thank you for reading my story! and the favorite too! <3 <3 <3
